24-hour cancellation policy:

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Product Return Policies:

We are proud to offer you high quality professional retail products. Any defective products, with receipt, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for spa credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given.

Check In:

We suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.

Late Arrivals:

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times.

Satisfaction Policy:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify us immediately. We will gladly re-evaluate and perform correction to your satisfaction. No cash or charge refunds on services will be given.

Payments:

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash. No personal checks will be accepted.
