OUR POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. We request you call to give our office 24-hour notice in the event you need to reschedule your appointment. The phone number to our office is (570) 354-0420.
2. Consultations are complimentary. All new/ potential patients will be asked for a $50 deposit for the appointment time. If you come in for a consultation and decide our services are not for you, we’ll refund the deposit. Should you decide to proceed with treatment, we’ll deduct $50 from your service/ product purchase.
3. All existing patients who fail to cancel appointments 24-hours in advance (or don’t bother to contact at all) will be charged $50 to hold their NEXT appointment time.
4. A $50 fee will be charged to potential/ current patients after 3 consultations with no treatments/ products purchased.
This fee will be billed to you directly and it is not covered by any 3rd party insurance. This balance must be paid prior to your next appointment. If you do not have a scheduled appointment, the balance is expected in a timely fashion. If this cancellation fee is not paid, you may be prevented from making another appointment with BNG Aesthetics in the future.
