Nose Deformity - Dermal Fillers
The nose is the central and most prominent structure of the face and has a tremendous impact on your overall appearance. For many men and women dissatisfied with the appearance of their nose, non-surgical rhinoplasty can effectively eliminate their frustration. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a quick and easy alternative for those who want to improve certain features of their nose but are not yet ready for a surgical rhinoplasty. It is performed through the use of dermal fillers.
A variety of filler materials are currently used for facial soft tissue augmentation. Bellafill®, Radiesse®, Restylane® and Juvederm® are FDA-approved for nasolabial fold augmentations and most frequently have been used for non-surgical nose jobs. Bellafill® and Radiesse® have become the most used and ideal for non-surgical rhinoplasty because they are soft enough that they can be injected and molded into shape, yet firm enough that they maintains their shape after injection. Typically, this procedure takes 15 to 20 minutes and has minimal discomfort and recovery time, compared to traditional surgical rhinoplasty.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty can help to resolve the appearance of small humps or bumps, eliminate saddle nose deformity and drooping tips, and improve mild asymmetry or crooked nose.
The cost of a non-surgical rhinoplasty is dependent on the filler that is used and could run between $600 to $900 for most patients, which is a fraction of the cost of a surgical rhinoplasty.
